Sign In/Register

1.  Do I have to register before I make an order from lovebaglovebag.com?

Yes, you will need to register with us before you make an order. This will only take a minute and by doing so you'll be able to:

Just click on Sign In/Register to fill in your details. You will also have the option to subscribe our newsletter which includes new updates, sale notifications and upcoming events!

2.  What happens if I forget my password?

  Just click on "forgot password" and we will reset your password and send it to the email address you registered with us.

 

How to Shop

1.  I'm new to the shopping system. How to shop at LoveBag LoveBag?

i) If you are not a existing member, CLICK HERE to create an account. For existing members, please sign in to your account.

ii) You can start shopping now! Click on the product you love, key in the quantity you want and add the item(s) to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

iii) Once you have clicked on "Add to Cart" button, a green bar will appear on top of the page. You can either click on the "shooping cart" to proceed to checkout page or continue shopping by clicking on any other tabs.

iv) Once you're done, click on the "Shopping Bag" on the top right hand corner. Check the item(s) in the cart, make sure the item(s) and quanity are correct and then click on the "Checkout" button.

v)  Key in all the required details and then click on "Confirm Order" button. An auto-generated invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with us. Please check both your inbox and junk mailbox.

2.  How do I use my discount code/gift voucher?

Discount code or gift voucher code can be entered during the checkout process. Enter the code in the respective column and click "Apply Coupon" or "Apply Voucher". The new total cost will be reflected.

 

Customer Loyalty Program

1.  How does the Customer Loyalty Program works?

To thank you for supporting LoveBag LoveBag, we reward you with reward points for every purchase you made via lovebaglovebag.com*

i)  Reward points are awarded for all orders made via lovebaglovebag.com
 
ii) Reward points received for each item will be stated in the "Shopping Cart" section.

 
iii) Rewards Points can be used to purchase any item from lovebaglovebag.com (except for Sale items). Reward Points required for each item is stated below the "Price" in the product page.
 
*Please note that only orders made via lovebaglovebag.com are eligible for the Customer Loyalty Program. All orders processed through email will not receive Reward Points.

Shipping

*Offer valid through 19/12/2014 UST +08:00. Not valid for orders outside Malaysia & Singapore.

For Malaysian orders, free Pos Laju shipping for purchase of RM99 or above

Fo Singaporean orders, free Registered Post shipping for purchase of S$39.60 or above.

 

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Malaysian orders will be shipped from Malaysia and orders from other contries will be shipped from Singapore. Please refer to the Shipping & Return (beside "Description" Tab) on every product page for more details. Should you have any question, do send us an email at care@lovebaglovebag.com or click on CONTACT at the top right hand corner of the page to send us your enquiry.

2. What are the shipping options for Malaysian orders?

For Malaysian orders, we offer Pos Laju & Registered Mail postage services. Estimated delivery time frame for Pos Laju service is 1-2 working days and 3-5 working days for Registered Mail service. Both services come with parcel tracking number and require signature upon delivery.

3. What are the shipping options for Singaporean orders?

For Singaporean orders, we offer Registered Post & Normal postage services. Estimated delivery time frame for both services are 1-3 working days. Only Registered Mail service provides parcel tracking number and it requires signature upon delivery.

4. What are the shipping options if I'm residing outside Singapore and Malaysia?

For orders from countries outside Singapore and Malaysia, we offer International Registered Air Mail and International Express Air Mail services. All parcels will be shipped from Singapore. Estimated delivery time frame differs from country to country. Please email us before you make your order and we will be assist you on placing your order.

 

Payment

1. What are the payment methods available?

For Malaysian customers, we accept:

*Please attach a scanned copy of your receipt upon replying to our invoice. We will not be able to process your order without a receipt to verify your payment.

For customers from other countries, we accept payment via Paypal.

2. How long is the reservation period?

We will reserve the item(s) for you for 3 days. Please make the payment within the reservation period. After payment done, you can either inform us by replying to the invoice sent to you or log in your account and click on the "Payment Notification" to notify us.
